Maik C. Bettentrup

Managing Shareholder
Maik was working on the portfolio structure of a well-known German logistics real estate investor. Prior to this, he lead the Germany business of a British investment company among others within the subject area logistics investment. Beyond this, Maik specialized in an equity fund for participation in project development in the logistics segment.

Hans-Jörg Simon

After graduating Hans-Joerg joined an international auditing company. Then, he acted more than 10 years as a managing director of IVG Immobilien AG. Among others, Hans-Joerg was responsible for the internationalization to the European market and managed the project development business unit within the group. The company focused on large volume office buildings. In 2001 Hans-Joerg executed a management buy out of a IVG subsidiary and joined the Deutsche Lagerhaus as partner in 2005. Until 2014 he managed the Deutsche Lagerhaus a collaboration with Ronny Connerth and Dr. Harry vom Stein. Hans-Joerg has significant experience a.o. in Belgium, Spain, Poland and Hungary preferably in own project developments.

Ronny Connerth

Managing Shareholder
Ronny was until early 2014 the CEO of a leading German logistics property company. Former he was European head of logistics of a stock exchange listed Austrian real estate company and reported to the executive board. Ronny developed more than 140,000 sqm logistics spaces, disposed a logistics real estate volume of 250 mill. Euro within the last three years and let more than 1 mill. sqm. within the last four years.

Dr. rer. pol. Harry v. Stein

Managing Shareholder
After his study and the assistant’s activity in the WWU Münster Harry acted as a tax adviser in an audit firm. Then poached by a mandator he led the finance and accountancy in an industrial company before he changed to the tax department of the GERLING-KONZERN. He has been active for 13 years at the GERLING-KONZERN, at last for 8 years as a board member of the GERLING-KONZERN Rheinische Versicherungsgruppe AG. Harry is still a board member of the Rheinische Grundbesitz AG (RG AG), responsible for accountancy, taxes and finances; 10 years during his activity of the management with the RG AG he worked with the same duties also as a managing director for the firms of the Deutsche Lagerhaus group.
